Healthy homemade muesli bars perfect for school lunches!

Dried Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Rice bubbles
  • 4 Crushed weetbix
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup dried otago apricots chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Ingredients to Melt

  • 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar or Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 125 grams Butter


  1. Mix together the dried ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Melt and simmer the remaining ingredients until it forms like caramel.

  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients together, place in greased baking dish and set in fridge.

  4. Once set cut into squares or long bars.
