
With Coco in Pippins and Sophia in guides we wanted to celebrate Girl Guides biscuits come back with this recipe featuring GG Bikkies:⠀








GIRL GUIDE CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW COOKIE SLICE⠀
- 125 grams butter⠀
- ½ cup white sugar⠀
- 1 tablespoon cocoa⠀
- 1 egg⠀
- 1 230 grams packet girl guide biscuits ⠀
- 1 220 grams packet marshmallows⠀
- 250 gram block Whittakers chocolate
- Place butter, sugar and cocoa into a saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil.⠀
- Grease and line a slice tin (approx. 25 x 15cm).⠀
- Beat the egg and quickly stir it well into the butter mixture.⠀
- Boil for another two minutes.⠀
- Place the girl guide biscuits into a large snap-lock bag and beat into small chunky pieces.⠀
- Stir the biscuits into the wet mixture.⠀
- Press the mixture evenly into the lined slice tin.⠀
- Place the marshmallows onto the biscuit base alternating the pink and white marshmallows⠀
- Melt the chocolate and pour evenly all over the marshmallows and base.⠀
- Place in the fridge to set. ⠀
- Once set remove from the fridge, let it soften on the bench before slicing with a large sharp knife. ⠀
