I have to admit my inner child has always wanted to try Chocolate Chip Pancakes and once made these I was rather impressed! These are tasty, light, fluffy and so easy to make! I love them served with bananas!

Recipe Notes
TIPS:
Keep the non-stick fry pan heat low for golden pancakes.
Once cooked, place on a plate with a clean tea towel covering the pancakes to keep them warm.
Serve with banana and blueberries.
